During my past 32 years in Tampa, I have laughed with and at my wonderful husband, raised an amazingly talented and sweet daughter, worked as an ophthalmic assistant, and created many things.
As a child, I remember asking my teachers when we could have art. Every Christmas I would ask for some craft such as a paint by number, spirograph, string art, or sand art.
My Mother taught me to sew, knit, crochet, and embroider. With those tools, I created many teddy bears, dolls, bunnies, and after my daughter was born I made us mother/daughter clothing.
I have enjoyed folowling the various trends in crafting, and now with the internet and blogging it is so much fun to find other people with similar interests!
My family encouraged me to open my own Etsy shop, which I did just one year ago.
I know as long as I can breathe, I must create.
